This coffee opens up with notes of sweet chocolate and hints of vanilla bean. As this medium body coffee unfolds on your palate the sweetness carries through creating a superior structure and balance not always found in single origin coffees.
From the Carmo de Minas region in Southeast Brazil, this single estate is from the Chaib family. This coffee is grown around 3,000 – 3,300 ft and is naturally low in acidity. We have found that this coffee is amazingly versatile, being brewed in everything from a french press to espresso without compromising its flavor profile or finish.
