Roasted Nuts, Unsweetened Chocolate, Vanilla Bean
Highlighting notes of unsweetened chocolate, hints of vanilla bean, and a mild nuttiness, this Brazilian peaberry coffee unfolds wonderfully on the palate, with a distinct sweetness that leads to a smooth and complex finish.
From the Carmo de Minas region in Southeast Brazil, this coffee is grown in lower elevations of around 3,000 feet. As peaberries occur naturally in 5% of coffee grown, it is a labor of love to separate and showcase this elegant offering.
All drip coffee methods, French press, or vacuum brewing. The Peaberry can also be brewed as espresso, and will yield a wonderful cup as an Americano, or when a little milk is added such as a macchiato or cappuccino.
