My favorite coffee (Dancing Goats’ “Multitasker”) was tragically discontinued a few months ago, so I’ve been venturing into the unknown looking for a suitable replacement (their own “Omniroast” replacement left much to be desired).
What I’ve found is that a mixture of the two espresso blends in this sampler is practically the same flavor as my old standby, at around 67% Gran Miscela Carmo and 33% Lionshare. Still dialing in the ratio, but very happy with the results. Will be ordering more of both of those.
