    1. Dose

    We recommend dosing about 18 grams of coffee with water hitting the puck at 203-205 degrees.

     

    2. Brewing

    With a total brew time of 26-32 seconds we love to see a net brew weight of about 32 – 36 grams. Our coffees are known for being very forgiving. We hear of folks that can go outside of those ranges a little and still have beautiful coffee result.
